RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
How to return a Product

In order to return any Products to Salt and Oil, send a mail to saltandoilinfo@gmail.com. Include in the mail the reasons for the return of the Products and photos where applicable (i.e. damaged on delivery).

Time limits and acceptable reasons for return
​
If we deliver the wrong item to you,
If your item arrives damaged on delivery (damaged in transit),
If your item is missing parts, or
If you changed your mind and you no longer want the item, you must return it to us, unopened, within 30 days of delivery.

If the Product was damaged by you, it cannot be returned.
Defective items must be returned within 6 months of delivery.

Prepare your return
We request that you package the Products for return carefully to prevent damage during transit.
​
You must return the item in its original Product packaging, and all seals must be intact. If you open the Product, you cannot return it.
​
If you are returning the Product because you changed your mind, we may charge you a fee for collecting the Product. Where applicable, we may also charge you a fee for delivering the same or a replacement item back to you.

Replace, Refund
​
Once Salt and Oil has received the Product and confirmed that the return is aligned to our policy, we can replace the Product or we can refund you, depending on your reasons for returning it.
​
If you want a refund, then we will request your bank details (where necessary) and refund you. Funds may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account and are subject to your bank and the payment provider’s processing times.
​
If you paid using a gift voucher, we will credit you with a new voucher.
